I recommend using Gorilla Grip® clamps to level and pull all seams, to avoid grinding the seam flush, as one may do with granite. Polishing a full seam to blend with quartz is a whole different ball game from granite or marble. If this is a requirement, I recommend calling someone who face polishes quartz on a daily basis.
