Just to add to what Larry has said, I have both a Darex end mill sharpener and the attachment to go on a surface grinder. The former works very well, but the latter requires a lot of headroom in order to fit it under the grinder, so it may not fit under a smaller surface grinder and it would be worth checking that before outlaying your hard earned.
