After days of trying fixes just found that they didn't like being on the same computer running XP. I ended up having to reinstall windows xp and reload 9.1 in order to get it to run again. You go to Mastercam 9.1 > CNC Reg > ActiceX/DLL Components > then register the file "mcbitmap.ocx" again, It should fix the problem.
